Please read this Policy carefully. By using Feelday, creating an account, booking a service, connecting a business profile, or using the CRM, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

1. Who We Are

Feelday is an online platform for service discovery, online booking, client management, calendar management, CRM, reminders, business pages, and communication between clients and service providers.

In this Policy:

Feelday, we, us, our means the Feelday platform.

Service means the website, application, CRM, marketplace, online booking pages, widgets, calendars, notifications, integrations, and other Feelday features.

User means any person who uses Feelday.

Client means a user who searches for, books, or pays for services through Feelday.

Business User means a salon, studio, professional, specialist, company, or other service provider that uses Feelday to accept bookings, manage clients, or promote services.

Personal Data means information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual.

2. Feelday’s Role in Processing Personal Data

Feelday may act in different roles depending on the situation.

2.1. Feelday as a Data Controller

Feelday acts as a data controller when we determine the purposes and means of processing personal data, for example:

  • when a user creates an account;

  • when a client books a service through the Feelday marketplace;

  • when we send service-related notifications;

  • when we process support requests;

  • when we analyze the use of the Service;

  • when we protect the security of the platform;

  • when we carry out our own legal, accounting, or operational processes.

2.2. Feelday as a Data Processor

Feelday may act as a data processor when a Business User uses the Feelday CRM and independently adds or imports data about their clients.

In this case, the Business User is the data controller of their clients’ personal data, and Feelday processes such data on behalf of the Business User to provide CRM, calendar, online booking, notifications, and other features.

The Business User is responsible for having a lawful basis for collecting, importing, and using their clients’ personal data in Feelday.

3. What Data We Collect

We may collect the following categories of personal data.

3.1. Account Data

  • first and last name;

  • phone number;

  • email address;

  • password or other authentication data;

  • interface language;

  • country or city;

  • user role;

  • account settings.

3.2. Client Booking Data

  • client name;

  • phone number;

  • email address;

  • selected service;

  • booking date and time;

  • specialist or business with whom the booking is made;

  • address or service location;

  • booking comment;

  • booking history;

  • booking status;

  • information about cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show.

3.3. Business User Data

  • business name;

  • owner or representative name;

  • contact details;

  • address;

  • city, district, or business location;

  • business description;

  • list of services;

  • prices;

  • working hours;

  • team members and specialists;

  • photos, logos, and other materials;

  • links to websites or social media;

  • information about plans, payments, and subscriptions;

  • CRM, calendar, and online booking settings.

3.4. Specialist and Team Data

A Business User may add information about their employees or specialists to Feelday, including:

  • name;

  • position or specialization;

  • working schedule;

  • services provided by the specialist;

  • photo;

  • description;

  • contact details;

  • access permissions and roles within the business account.

The Business User is responsible for having the right to add such data to Feelday.

3.5. Client Database Data Imported by Businesses

A Business User may import or manually add clients to the Feelday CRM.

Such data may include:

  • client name;

  • phone number;

  • email address;

  • visit history;

  • notes;

  • client preferences;

  • future bookings;

  • previous services;

  • payment information;

  • other data added by the Business User to the CRM.

The Business User must not add excessive, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessarily sensitive data to Feelday.

3.6. Messages and Communication

We may process:

  • messages between clients and businesses;

  • support requests;

  • replies to email, SMS, push, or messenger notifications;

  • technical messages related to bookings;

  • communication history necessary for the operation of the Service.

3.7. Payment Data

If online payments are available in Feelday, we may process:

  • payment amount;

  • currency;

  • payment status;

  • transaction identifier;

  • information about the plan or service;

  • data required for invoices, acts, or accounting records;

  • partial payment data available through the payment provider.

We do not store full bank card details if payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. Such data is processed by the relevant payment service according to its own rules.

3.8. Technical Data

When you use Feelday, we may automatically collect:

  • operating system;

  • device language;

  • time zone;

  • pages you view;

  • actions in the interface;

Such content may be visible to other Feelday users together with the user’s name, rating, publication date, and information about the relevant business or service.

Feelday is not intended for storing excessive medical information or special categories of personal data unless this is necessary for a specific service and permitted by law.

Some services in beauty, cosmetology, massage, personal care, or wellness may involve information about health conditions, contraindications, allergies, procedures, or other sensitive data.

Users and Business Users should limit the amount of such data to what is strictly necessary.

Business Users are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent or having another lawful basis for processing sensitive data about their clients.

5. How We Receive Data

We receive personal data:

  • directly from the user;

  • from a Business User who adds or imports data into the CRM;

  • when a booking is created or changed;

  • during payment;

  • through messages, forms, and support requests;

  • automatically when the website or application is used;

  • through cookies and similar technologies;

  • from third-party services if the user connects integrations;

  • from public sources, where permitted by law and necessary for the operation of the marketplace.

6. Why We Use Personal Data

We use personal data for the following purposes.

6.1. Providing the Service

  • creating and maintaining accounts;

  • displaying business pages;

  • creating, confirming, rescheduling, and canceling bookings;

  • operating the CRM;

  • managing calendars;

  • storing booking history;

  • managing team members and access roles;

  • showing available times, services, and specialists.

6.2. Communication

  • sending booking confirmations;

  • sending appointment reminders;

  • notifying users about changes or cancellations;

  • delivering messages from businesses;

  • responding to support requests;

  • sending important technical and security notifications;

  • informing users about changes to the Terms or this Policy.

6.3. Payments and Subscriptions

  • managing Business User subscriptions;

  • showing relevant services, salons, and specialists;

  • analyzing feature usage;

10.2. Clients

If a Business User confirms a booking, changes the time, sends a message, or updates service information, the relevant information may be shared with the client.

10.3. Technology Service Providers

We may use third-party providers that help us operate the Service, including:

  • hosting providers;

  • cloud services;

  • payment providers;

  • SMS, email, and push notification providers;

  • analytics services;

  • support services;

  • security services;

  • map and geolocation providers;

  • file storage tools;

Feelday may also assist with processing such a request where necessary for the operation of the CRM or the fulfillment of our obligations.

16. Account Deletion

A user may contact us with a request to delete their account.

After account deletion, we may retain some data where necessary to:

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • maintain accounting or tax records;

  • protect against fraud;

  • resolve disputes;

  • ensure security;

  • perform an agreement with a Business User;

  • fulfill other lawful purposes.

After the required retention period ends, such data will be deleted or anonymized.

17. Children

Feelday is not intended for independent use by children who have not reached the age required to consent to personal data processing under the laws of their country.

If a service is booked for a child, the data should be provided by a parent, guardian, or other legal representative.

If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without proper consent, we may delete such data or restrict its processing.

18. Public Business Profiles and Claim Pages

Feelday may create or display public pages for businesses, salons, professionals, or specialists based on information provided by the business, users, or publicly available sources, where permitted by law.

Such pages may contain:

  • photos;

The owner or authorized representative of a business may contact Feelday to claim the profile, update information, or request that incorrect data be hidden.

Business Users may use Feelday to send clients messages related to bookings, reminders, schedule changes, services, or other communication.

The Business User is responsible for ensuring that such communication is lawful, appropriate, and does not violate clients’ rights.

Feelday may restrict or block messaging if it detects spam, abuse, complaints, or violations of law.

20. Marketing Messages

Feelday may send marketing messages to users who have given consent or where we have another lawful basis for such communication.

Marketing messages may include:

  • information about new features;

  • special offers;

  • educational materials;

  • tips for using Feelday;

  • product news;

  • offers for businesses.

Users may opt out of marketing messages through a link in the email, account settings, or by contacting support.

21. Links to Third-Party Websites

Feelday may contain links to websites, social networks, payment services, maps, messengers, or other third-party resources.

We do not control such third-party resources and are not responsible for their privacy policies, security, or content.
