These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Feelday website, mobile application, online pages, CRM system, online booking tools, and other Feelday services.
Please read these Terms carefully before using Feelday. By using the Service, creating an account, booking a service, or connecting a business profile, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Definitions
Feelday, we, us, our means the Feelday platform, which provides tools for online booking, customer management, scheduling, CRM, reminders, business pages, and service discovery.
Service means the website, application, CRM, marketplace, online booking pages, widgets, notifications, calendars, integrations, and other Feelday features.
User means any person who uses Feelday, browses pages, books services, or interacts with the Service.
Client means a user who searches for, views, books, or pays for services through Feelday.
Business User means a salon, studio, professional, specialist, company, or other service provider that creates a profile, accepts bookings, or uses the Feelday CRM.
Service Provider means a Business User or specialist who actually provides services to Clients.
Profile means a business, salon, professional, or specialist page on Feelday.
Booking means a request or confirmed appointment created by a Client through Feelday.
2. Role of Feelday
Feelday is a technology platform that helps Clients find services and book appointments with Service Providers, and helps Business Users manage bookings, clients, schedules, and communication.
Feelday is not a salon, clinic, cosmetology office, medical institution, or direct provider of services. Services are provided by independent Business Users or specialists.
Feelday is not responsible for the quality, safety, outcome, legality, professional qualifications, or actual provision of services by Service Providers, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
3. Acceptance of Terms
You agree to these Terms if you:
use the Feelday website or application;
create an account;
book a service;
create or manage a business profile;
use the CRM, calendar, booking widget, or other Feelday tools.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service.
4. Eligibility
You may use Feelday if you are of sufficient age and legal capacity to enter into agreements under the laws of your country.
If you use Feelday on behalf of a company, salon, studio, or other organization, you confirm that you have the authority to act on its behalf and accept these Terms.
5. User Account
Some Feelday features may require you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and using the Service.
You are responsible for keeping your account access, password, phone number, email, and other authorization methods confidential.
You are responsible for all actions performed through your account if they occur due to your negligent handling of access credentials.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify Feelday.
6. Online Booking
Clients may use Feelday to view available services, prices, specialists, appointment times, and create bookings.
A booking may be automatically confirmed or may require confirmation by the Service Provider, depending on the settings of the particular business.
The Service Provider independently determines:
the list of services;
prices;
service duration;
available schedule;
cancellation rules;
prepayment rules;
discounts, promotions, and special offers.
Feelday may send Clients and Business Users notifications about the creation, change, confirmation, or cancellation of a booking.
7. Prices, Payments, and Prepayments
Prices for services are set by Service Providers. Feelday does not guarantee that the price displayed on a page is always final if the Service Provider separately notifies the Client about a price change due to complexity, additional materials, duration, or other conditions.
Payment may be made:
directly to the Service Provider;
online through Feelday or a payment partner;
partially as a prepayment;
by another method available through the Service.
If payment is processed through a third-party payment provider, such payment may be subject to the terms of the relevant payment service.
Feelday may charge Business Users for the use of CRM features, subscriptions, premium features, promotion, commissions, or other paid services.
8. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Cancellation and rescheduling rules may vary depending on the specific Service Provider.
The Client agrees to cancel or reschedule a booking in advance if they are unable to attend at the scheduled time.
The Service Provider may set its own rules regarding:
minimum cancellation notice;
fees for late cancellation;
non-refundable prepayments;
repeated no-shows;
blocking Clients who repeatedly fail to attend appointments.
Feelday does not guarantee a refund of a prepayment if the rules of the specific Service Provider state otherwise, except where a refund is required by law.
9. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:
provide truthful contact information;
arrive on time for appointments;
notify the Service Provider in advance about cancellation or rescheduling;
not create fake, fraudulent, or mass bookings;
respect the rules of the particular salon, studio, or specialist;
independently assess whether a specific service or specialist is suitable for them.
The Client understands that some services may have contraindications or may require consultation with a specialist, doctor, or other professional.
10. Business User Obligations
The Business User agrees to:
provide accurate information about themselves, their services, prices, schedule, address, and contacts;
have the necessary permits, qualifications, documents, or licenses if required for providing the relevant services;
be independently responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of services;
update schedule, prices, and availability in a timely manner;
not mislead Clients;
not use Feelday for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities;
comply with applicable laws on consumer protection, advertising, personal data, taxes, and other requirements.
The Business User is solely responsible for relationships with their Clients, including service provision, refunds, complaints, compensation, taxes, and documents.
11. Business Profiles and Public Information
A Business User may create or edit a public profile on Feelday.
A profile may display:
business name or specialist name;
address or district;
description;
photos;
services;
prices;
working hours;
rating;
reviews;
special offers;
links to social media;
other information added by the Business User or available from public sources.
The Business User confirms that they have the right to use all materials uploaded to Feelday, including photos, logos, descriptions, videos, and other intellectual property.
Feelday may moderate, edit, hide, or remove profiles or individual materials if they violate these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the platform’s quality standards.
12. Reviews and Ratings
Clients may leave reviews, ratings, and comments about services, specialists, or businesses.
Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on real experience.
It is prohibited to publish:
fake reviews;
insults, threats, or discriminatory content;
false accusations;
personal data of other people without permission;
advertising or spam;
content that violates the law or third-party rights.
Feelday may remove or hide reviews that violate these Terms, appear suspicious, or may mislead users.
Feelday is not required to review every review before publication, but may moderate reviews manually or automatically.
13. User Content
Users and Business Users may upload, publish, or transmit through Feelday texts, photos, descriptions, prices, comments, messages, and other materials.
You retain your rights to your content, but grant Feelday a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, store, display, copy, adapt, and distribute such content as necessary for operating, promoting, and developing the Service.
You guarantee that your content:
does not violate third-party rights;
is not illegal;
does not contain malicious code;
is not misleading, offensive, or discriminatory;
does not violate these Terms.
14. Prohibited Use
You may not use Feelday for:
illegal activities;
fraud or deception;
creating fake accounts;
mass spam;
automated data collection without permission;
interfering with the operation of the Service;
attempts to hack, bypass security, or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
publishing false information;
violating intellectual property rights;
discrimination, threats, harassment, or abuse;
listing services, goods, or materials prohibited by law.
Feelday may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service in case of violation of these rules.
15. Subscriptions and Paid Features for Businesses
Feelday may offer Business Users free and paid plans.
Paid features may include:
CRM;
online booking;
scheduling;
team access;
client database;
reminders;
automations;
analytics;
marketplace promotion;
integrations;
other premium features.
Plan terms, prices, limits, billing periods, and available features are listed on the pricing page or in the Business User’s account.
Feelday may change plans, features, or prices by notifying users in a reasonable way. Changes will not affect an already paid period unless stated otherwise.
16. Free Trial
Feelday may provide a free trial or free plan.
After the free trial ends, access to paid features may be limited unless the Business User chooses a paid plan.
Feelday may change or discontinue the free trial for new users at any time.
17. Refunds for Subscriptions
Refunds for paid Feelday features are handled according to the rules stated on the pricing page, during the payment process, or in a separate refund policy.
Unless otherwise required by law or separately agreed, paid subscription periods are non-refundable after the paid features have started being used.
18. Notifications and Communications
Feelday may send users service-related notifications, including:
booking confirmations;
appointment reminders;
cancellation or rescheduling notices;
messages from businesses;
technical notifications;
security notifications;
information about changes to the Terms;
marketing messages, if the user has provided consent or where permitted by law.
Notifications may be sent via email, SMS, push notifications, messengers, or other channels available in Feelday.
Users may opt out of marketing messages, but service-related notifications necessary for the operation of the Service may still be sent.
19. Personal Data
Feelday processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
When using the Service, the following data may be processed:
name;
phone number;
email;
booking history;
messages;
service information;
technical data;
payment information;
other data necessary for the operation of the Service.
Business Users are responsible for the lawful processing of their Clients’ personal data that they add to or process in Feelday.
If a Business User imports a client database into Feelday, they confirm that they have a lawful basis for using such data.
20. Feelday Intellectual Property
Feelday, including its design, logo, interface, software code, databases, texts, graphics, features, brand, and other elements of the Service, belongs to Feelday or its licensors.
Users may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or create derivative products based on Feelday without written permission.
Use of the Service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to users, except for the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
21. Service Availability
Feelday aims to ensure stable operation of the Service but does not guarantee that the Service will be available continuously, without errors, or without delays.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
maintenance;
updates;
hardware failures;
internet issues;
actions of third parties;
force majeure events;
cyberattacks or other events beyond Feelday’s control.
Feelday is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the Service, loss of profit, clients, or opportunities, unless otherwise required by law.
22. Third-Party Services
Feelday may integrate with third-party services, including payment systems, calendars, maps, SMS providers, messengers, analytics tools, or social networks.
Use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
Feelday is not responsible for the operation, availability, content, or actions of third-party services.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Feelday is not responsible for:
the quality or outcome of services provided by Service Providers;
actions or omissions of Clients or Business Users;
cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show of an appointment;
errors in information provided by Business Users;
loss of profit, revenue, reputation, or data;
indirect, incidental, or special damages;
disputes between Clients and Service Providers.
Feelday is not a party to the agreement between the Client and the Service Provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
24. Disputes Between Clients and Businesses
All issues related to service quality, refunds for services, claims, compensation, procedure results, or specialist behavior are resolved directly between the Client and the relevant Service Provider.
Feelday may, but is not obligated to, assist with communication between the parties or forward a complaint to the relevant business.
25. Suspension or Termination of Access
Feelday may suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Service if the user:
violates these Terms;
violates applicable law;
provides false information;
uses the Service for fraud;
creates risks for other users or Feelday;
fails to pay for paid features;
harms the reputation or security of the Service.
A user may stop using Feelday at any time.
26. Account Deletion
A user may contact Feelday with a request to delete their account.
After account deletion, some data may be retained for the period necessary to fulfill legal, accounting, security, or contractual obligations.
The Business User understands that account deletion may result in the loss of access to the CRM, booking history, client database, settings, booking page, and other data.
27. Changes to the Terms
Feelday may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version of the Terms will be published on the Feelday website or in the application. In case of significant changes, Feelday may additionally notify users.
Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means acceptance of such changes.
28. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by mandatory laws of the user’s country of residence or a separate agreement.
Disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the use of Feelday shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, in the manner provided by applicable law.
