How to request deletion

1. Open your email app and write from the email address linked to your Feelday account.
2. Send a message to privacy@feelday.io with the subject “Delete account”.
3. In the message, include your registered email address and, if available, your phone number and workspace or business name.
4. We may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

Data we delete

After we verify and approve your request, we delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

• Account profile data (name, email, phone, password and authentication data, language, country/city, role, and settings)
• Workspace and business profile data you control (business name, addresses, services, prices, working hours, team members, photos, and related settings)
• Appointment and booking history linked to your account
• CRM client contacts stored in your Feelday workspace
• Push notification / device tokens
• Support messages and in-app communications linked to your account
• Technical identifiers tied to your account (where they can be linked to you)

Data we may retain

Some information may be retained when required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Billing, payment, and tax records (amount, status, transaction identifiers — not full card numbers) for accounting and legal obligations
• Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents, or to resolve disputes
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you
• Data that a business stores about you as their client in their own CRM, if you only booked with that business and do not have a Feelday account — that business remains the controller of such data

Retained records are kept only as long as necessary for the purpose above — typically up to 3 years for security and dispute records, and up to the period required by applicable tax and accounting law for billing records — and are then deleted or anonymized.

Processing time

We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
